A three-day conference for Haleon Group's GNE team at the Ritz Carlton, Abu Dhabi, conceptualised and executed by Prism. The event was built around futuristic themes and elements, with every component, from branded merchandise to décor and AV, developed and procured in-house.

Conceptualise and execute a three-day conference for Haleon Group's GNE team at the Ritz Carlton, Abu Dhabi, running 27 to 28 February.
How we approached it
The concept was built around futuristic themes and elements, then every component was designed and procured in-house so the theme held from the stage set through to the merchandise in delegates' hands.
Scope of work
- Concept development and visualisation around a futuristic theme
- Design and procurement of all event elements: branded merchandise, décor, AV and stage sets
- Comprehensive audio-visual support: sound, lighting, LED screens and video production
- Three-day delivery and on-ground management
