The work
Production, execution and management for PAIRS 2024 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, ensuring a seamless congress experience. Prism produced a detailed 3D mockup of the exhibition stand ahead of build to guarantee precise visualisation and alignment with the society's branding and experiential objectives.
The brief
Production and management for the Pan Arab Interventional Radiology Society Annual Congress at the Dubai World Trade Centre, where a technical failure in front of a specialist audience is not recoverable.
How we approached it
A detailed 3D mockup was produced first so the stand could be checked against branding and experiential objectives before fabrication. Technical redundancy was built into the plan rather than improvised on site.
